Caffeine can have a serious effect on sleep patterns if being consumed at times when sleep is needed. So may i suggest if you are about to cuddle up to a loved one who snores, you will regret it. I would also advise not to perform open heart surgery after having a shed load of caffeine. It can cause jittery reflexes and anxiety. So anyone with this condition is advised to limit the amount you consume.
