Body weight Squats x 15

Hip Raises (Bridges) x 20

Lunges x 10 each leg

Press Ups x 15

Dips on Chair or Bed x 12

Plank x 20 - 30 sec (beginner) 

Then repeat the above exercises 2 - 3 times. 

This is a circuit that can be done in a hotel room or a spare office space. There really is no excuse not to keep training up while on the go. It may not be the gym but you can still progress with these exercises.
